Taking over a claim (work package) is indicated by moving a card from any milestone pile to
your personal “wip” pile. Additionally, add your avatar /get your avatar added on the card, and
make sure it has the tags for the current (and following necessary) work stages.
Before starting hands -on, make s ure you d iscussed boundary conditions and details
sufficiently with the Trello admin (claim manager) and the artist/develo per of the follow -up
stages. This is to ensure that we have little to no “after work fixes ”. Attached links, f iles,
checklists might help you, also you are invited t o discuss details on discord with the team to
support you and gain maximum efficiency.

3. Submission of work
When you think you are done, send the files via discord or gdrive or git push to the admin.
Then, the card will be moved from your “Work in Progress” pile to the “Review” pile.

4. Submission of work
Now, the Admin should give you decent feedback within the next days, to decide if it was
completed or if there are further fixes required. If p ayment per claim was agreed on, a
completed claim means that you can expect the payment. (see the asset purchase contract
for details). The card is moved to the “Done” pile for documentation.

Now you are ready for the next claim.
